Baking for my dog’s birthday!

Today is my pet dog, Gigi’s 4th birthday! I decided to bake her a cake since she has asked for one too two days ago during her daddy’s birthday As I put so much effort during her dad’s birthday, baking him a birthday cake and making him a birthday bento, I know I have to do something for my princess today too so that she won’t be jealous So, I searched for cake recipes for dogs yesterday and chose to bake her a peanut butter carrot cake since I got most of the ingredients except for the baking soda. Went to get the baking soda at night and I was ready to bake the first cake for my doggie, Gigi!

Ingredients (I Forgot to include an egg when I take picture of the ingredients)

Here is the egg, Hehe!

First, I sieved in the flour and baking soda into the mixer bowl

Then, add in all the remaining ingredients

Mix all the ingredients using a spatula before mixing with a mixer so that the flour won’t fly all over your face

Mix until they look smooth, then you can put the mixture to the 8” baking pan

I used baking paper cups so that I can give Gigi one every day and it’s easy for me to keep the rest in fridge until I want to give her.

These are Gigi’s cupcakes after spending 30 minutes in the oven at 170 degree celsius Gigi can smell them!

Gigi’s cupcakes are ready for her birthday celebration tonight! She’s waiting for daddy to come back from work to celebrate together. But mummy will let her enjoy one cupcake first during her dinner which will be at 5pm. Haha! Yes, Gigi’s dinner time is 5pm while her breakfast is 9am and sometimes she has her brunch at 11am.
