This is one of the bentos that I prepared last week.

Here is japanese rice topped with steamed chicken drumstick with premix seasoning and dong gwai. I shredded the chicken drumstick for him.

Today’s breakfast: two pieces of wholemeal breads, veggies, cheese, egg and some fruits (plum, pear and orange).
