Piggy Bento

Made three little piggy onigiris for today’s bento. Made the ears and nose with ham, eyes with nori and the red cheek with tomato sauce. Added some baby corns to the space at the sides.

Steamed a chicken thigh with premix seasoning and added dried dong gwai (盐局鸡) and we shared the thigh. There’re also steamed carrot cut into love shapes and cherry tomatoes.

Pan fried dory fish fillets, seasoned with salt, pepper, fresh thyme and dill and some broccolis and carrots.
