Monday Bento
I always don’t do much on Mondays’ bentos because I don’t spend my Sundays in the kitchen preparing ingredients for Mondays’ bentos
I always have cherry tomatoes, baby carrots and cucumbers stocked up in my fridge so that I have some veggies to complete my bento. They’re so useful that they add colours to the bento and it’s good to eat a variety colours of veggies everyday. I gave him rice mixed with minced meat and mushrooms cooked in soy sauce today. Opened and heated a can of mackerel this morning, stir fried veggies with carrots, and packed in some steamed baby carrots, cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes. It’s not a cute bento but it’s packed with the food he needs in a meal.
This is the afternoon bento, packed with three mini croissants with ham which we bought on Sunday.
